Using Scarf To Make Your Outfit More Fashionable

Fall fashion will never be complete without one of the most overlooked and underrated fashion accessories that can really change the way you look --- the scarf. As a fashion accessory, wearing a scarf can really strengthen your style and make you feel like you are wearing a different set of clothes. What i mean by that is by adding a scarf to your outfit, a bland and boring set of clothes can really transform into something head turning and special.

Have you tried wearing a scarf before? IF you haven't tried it yet, you are not making the most out of this very slick and chic fashion accessory. Even if you are just wearing a plain black top and plain black pants, just wearing a scarf  can really change the whole aura and perspective of your look. And not only that, but scarves are also ridiculously inexpensive and easy to source out. You don't even have to find one that costs a lot --- just find one that fits your needs and complements the color of your top and bottoms, then you are good to go! If you are bold, you can even experiment with prints and colors.

Why I Love Silk Scarf

Among scarves that I have worn and tried over the years. the silk scarf seems to have a soft spot in my heart. Not only is the silk scarf very fashionable and easy to wear, it is also very soft and comfortable. Versatility is one thing that a silk scarf offers, which is why I have always loved adding it to my fall and winter clothing rotation. There can be several ways to wear your silk scarf, and what I like about it is that you can make it a little different each time around. For example, if you are wearing a flat, neutral color for your top, adding a bright colored scarf or even just a contrast-colored one will make things really pop and interesting.

Depending on the intended use for the scarf, different lengths and thickness should be chosen too. For example, I often choose a short and thin scarf for bandana use, around 20 to 22 inches long is the average that I go for. On the other hand, when I want to use the scarf as a true shawl to wrap my body around with, I would look for a scarf that would be around 60 to 70 inches long.

Scarves are really fashionable accessories that can change the way that your outfit looks, and it can transform a bland outfit into something worth a second look. When you are wearing a black sweater top and a black slim pants, adding a floral patterned scarf or a printed scarf can really make things look a lot different, in a good way. Furthermore, scarves aren't really that expensive, unlike other accessories such as watches and earrings.
