My Thoughts On Wearing Sneaker And Dress Shoe Hybrids

I have always been a fan of sneakers, though I might not look like the "sporty", athletic girl that most  people associate with being a sneaker head. Actually, I only have a few handful of sneakers in my collection, but I really really like them to be honest. If I could just purchase more, you would definitely see me purchase more of these sneakers because I really like the colors and dimensions that they bring to one's outfit. Having said that, I have a nice set of dress shoe collection in my closet too! What I lacked in sneaker collection, I made up for in the dress shoe department. I have several dress shoes stored up for the right occasion -- red, blue, black, burgundy --- depends on the situation that I need them on.

These days though, I have seen a number of times when I encounter people wearing dress shoe and sneaker hybrids. When I say hybrids, what I mean is that I see certain characteristics and patterns found in both dress shoes and sneakers combined to create a single shoe. For example, the leather shoe material and the wing tips plus the perforations found in dress shoes are combined with the soles and the shape of popular sneakers into order to create a shoe that will function as a stylish, semi-formal foot wear. IF you are into sneaker culture, some shoes such as Michael Jordans Jordan 11 Concords follow this "hybrid" dress shoe and sneaker style. A friend of mine gifted me a hybrid shoes and my thoughts on it are all positive! Below are some of my thoughts on wearing it.

Loving my new perforated lace up shoes --- a sneaker and dress shoe hybrid

Like I said, a friend of mine knew that I loved dress shoes but I can't wear them on casual walks. Because of this, she gave me a dress shoe that I will also be able to wear while strolling. This perforated lace up shoes that came from Miamasvin is the answer to my long time wish --- to be able to wear a dress shoe while also enjoying the comfort of a sneaker. As you can see, the soles of this shoe follows the same design as some of the modern sneakers that we are used to wearing, but the materials of the uppers are made from perforated leather -- which makes it a very nice thing to wear when I want something classy yet stylish.

If you are interested, you can check out these perforated lace up shoes from Miamasvin and see if this is the type of hybrid shoe that you would want to wear on your casual walks --- check out that shining leather on that sturdy soles! I really think anyone into street fashion would like to wear this one!
